Warp and Weft

As part of our Art and Design companion project, Warp and Weft, this week we have been learning how to weave on mini-looms. We started by looking at the history of weaving and the terms 'warp' and 'weft', and then moved onto creating our own designs using wool and mini looms. Thank you to the parents and carers who came along to support us at our wow event- we had a lovely, focussed and calm afternoon together learning new skills to support our knowledge.
