Phonics guide for parents
Please watch my pre-teach videos first but if you feel you need extra guidance in pronouncing the sounds then please follow the following document and link. Please only follow the sounds that I am teaching that week and do not be tempted to jump ahead to the next sounds as we do not want to overload the children.
Friday 15th October:
Next week, we will be recapping our maths and phonics. Please revisit any sounds with your children that you think they find difficult or practise blending sounds to read words. You could do some of the games suggested on the webpage https://www.spilsbyprimary.org.uk/reception-15/ .
