Titanic, double page spread

The Titanic Disaster

 

Year 6 did some research into the Titanic disaster to help create their double-page spread. They investigated the journey, the time line, the equipment on board, the crew and their skills and the fatal collision. Using their writing targets to help plan and structure their work, they then presented their work as a double-page spread.

 

Ask your child to explain some of the factors that played a part in the sinking of the Titanic.
