MathsBefore the half term, you were asked to gather some 3D shapes ready for this week's lessons. Keep these safe for the whole week. For this lesson have one of each of the following shapes ready for your child to explore during the lesson; sphere, pyramid, cylinder. Your child will be set a challenge to discover more items that represent these shapes at the end of the lesson.
Phonics Flashcards- Speed TrialLog in to the Phonics Play website via this link and press Start. Then select Pick Individual Graphemes and select all the sounds from Set 1 through to Set 10. Then press Done, customise your car and press GO! to play the game.
Phonics game- Picnic on Pluto Log on to the Phonics Play website by pressing on this link and select the Picnic on Pluto game. Press START then PHASE 3 and then +ow to practise reading real and fake words containing ‘ow’.
Project After you have watched this video, you will be instructed to go on a Spring walk to look out for signs of Spring. Your child will need to take a pencil and piece of paper to be able to draw the pictures of what they find. Your child could also take photographs of the signs of Spring that they observe. Keep this work to support Thursday's project lesson.
