Moving On Up! This Thursday and Friday are our school transition days! Pupils will spend time in their new classrooms, meet their new teachers and begin getting ready for the exciting year ahead. These days are a great opportunity for children to become familiar with new routines, build confidence and start making positive relationships with the adults and pupils they will be working with next year. We are looking forward to two exciting days of moving on up at Spilsby Primary Academy!

What a fantastic evening for our wonderful Year 6 pupils! A huge thank you to our amazing PTFA and everyone who helped organise and run such a memorable Leavers Fest. The children had an incredible time and it was a very special way to celebrate their years together at Spilsby Primary Academy. Thank you to all the volunteers, parents and carers who supported the event. We cannot quite believe that our Year 6 pupils are approaching the end of their primary school journey. We are incredibly proud of them all and delighted that they were able to make even more special memories together.

Spilsby Show Scarecrows! Our pupils have been busy getting creative and making two fantastic scarecrows for the Spilsby Show! The children have worked together brilliantly, showing teamwork, imagination and plenty of pride in representing Spilsby Primary Academy. We are so proud of their efforts and can't wait for everyone to see their creations at the show. A huge well done to all of the pupils involved, and thank you to everyone who helped bring our scarecrows to life. Year 5 Ultimate Frisbee at KEVI A huge well done to our Year 5 pupils who took part in Ultimate Frisbee at KEVI today. The children had a fantastic time learning new skills, working as a team and taking part with great enthusiasm. They showed brilliant sportsmanship, determination and encouragement towards one another throughout the session. We are really proud of the way they represented Spilsby Primary Academy and lived out our school values. Reception Visit to Hardy's Farm Our Reception pupils had a fantastic time visiting Hardy's Farm today! The children enjoyed a brilliant tractor ride, had lots of fun grooming the ponies and loved exploring life on the farm. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to learn more about animals, farming and the world around them in a hands-on way. They showed brilliant curiosity, enthusiasm and lovely manners throughout the visit. We are very proud of them all. Year 5 Taster Day at KEVI Our Year 5 pupils had a fantastic time attending a taster day at King Edward VI Academy, where they enjoyed getting a taste of secondary school life. The day gave them a valuable opportunity to explore the school, experience different lessons and begin thinking about the exciting journey ahead. They represented Spilsby Primary Academy brilliantly, showing confidence, curiosity and enthusiasm throughout the day. What an exciting opportunity for local pupils to learn more about sustainability, construction and the restoration of such an important historic building. We would love for pupils from Spilsby Primary Academy to get involved too and see this fantastic project taking shape right on our doorstep!
