World Mental Health Day | 10 October At Spilsby Primary Academy, we want every child to feel valued, listened to and supported. As we mark World Mental Health Day, we're reminding our children that all feelings matter and they can always talk to a trusted adult. 🗣 Why not make time this weekend for a little wellbeing activity together? 🚒 A visit to spark curiosity in Reception! 🔥 Our Reception children had an exciting visit from the Fire Service, with the chance to use the hose, try on firefighting equipment and sit in the fire engine! 👨🚒 It was a wonderful opportunity to explore the important work firefighters do and bring our learning about people who help us to life. A huge thank you to the Lincolnshire Fire Service crew at Spilsby for their time, kindness and enthusiasm, and for inspiring our youngest learners. Let's celebrate your child's achievements! As part of our Friday Celebration Assembly, we love to share children's successes and achievements outside school too! Whether it's a football trophy, swimming certificate, dance medal, gymnastics award or a badge earned at Cubs or Brownies, we would love to hear about it.
