We believe the promotion of positive behaviour is fundamental to a happy, learning atmosphere which promotes a thirst for knowledge and learning and high standards of educational achievement.

Every week children from each class are awarded a 'Pat on the Back' certificate. To receive this award, the children will have shown they have followed the 'Spilsby 7'. 

Children can also be rewarded for their achievements with a Gold Card, a piece of exceptional work, which they proudly take to Mr Nicholson and/or Miss Tuplin. 

Other awards and rewards include:

• The class who has achieved the highest attendance for KS1 and KS2
• Individuals in each class who have earned the most dojo points
• Values champions 
• The class who earned the most combined dojo points in the week

During the week, pupils may also be awarded star tokens for demonstrating our Spilsby 7 and living out our school values. 

Parents /carers are invited into school to celebrate their child's achievement during our Friday afternoon assembly.
