Year 6 during their #Bigemotions workshop were asked "Which emotion would you get rid of from the world?" The answer was depression but not sadness - its ok to be sad. 😍❤️
In our #year5 #BigEmotions workshop, we spoke about owning our emotions & what they would look like if we had to describe them. An incredible way of dealing and managing them to move into a kinder place for ourselves & others sometimes #emotionsareok #normalisingemotions #emotionalawareness
Brilliant workshop with #year2 yesterday learning all about our emotions, managing and working through them timely without being unkind to ourselves & others. Anger is there to keep us safe but it's how we manage it.
Y1 enjoyed learning all about their #stormy #bigemotions. We spoke about what makes us angry or sad & what we can do to make sure our emotions don't feel like they will go pop!!
