English - Go back and edit your work. How can you improve it? Have you checked everything?

Create a final neat copy. This could be handwritten or digital. How can you make it look old?

PSHE - Write down the best things about this year. What have you enjoyed in year 5? What have you accomplished this year? Did you have a favourite day? Have you made new friends? What will you remember the most?

Music - Choose a new song to learn at home. Sing try everything to the people in your house. Can you make an instrument from objects that you have at home. Then send me a picture or video.
