Lesson 4 - PSHE

This term we are going to learn all about what being healthy means and who can help us to stay healthy.

Today I would like you to think about all the people that can help us to stay healthy and then we are going to draw and label 3 people we think can help us.

Have a think about who helps you stay healthy?

Think about when you have stomach ache? Or when you have toothache?

The doctor can help you when you have a stomach ache, the dentist can help you when you have toothache.

There are lots of different ways people can help us stay healthy.

Mr Shaw at school helps us stay healthy and active in PE.

The lunchtime staff help us stay healthy by serving us healthy, delicious meals.

Our parents and carers can help us in lots of ways by taking us to the doctors when we are sick, giving us healthy snacks and meals and by making sure we get lots of sleep, which helps us grow

Can you now draw and label 3 people who help you to stay healthy? You can use the sheet below or use your book.

A story to listen to and enjoy!
