Think about what we have been learning this week.

Remember that a squared number is multiplied by itself - 3 x 3 = 9.

A cubed number is multiplied by itself 3 times - 4 x 4 x 4 = 64

Earlier in the week, you chose what minibeast to write a poem about.

Create a poem about your minibeast.

It could be acrostic, shape poetry, haiku or free verse.



Research the life cycle of a butterfly.

What happens to a butterfly? 

Create a fact file about their life. Draw pictures to go with it.

What technical vocabulary can you use?






A multiple is something in the times table.

Multiples of 3 are 3, 6, 9, 12, 30, ...

Factors are numbers that multiply together to make the given number. You can use a rainbow.


Factors of 12 are : - 1, 12, 2, 6, 3, 4
