Melting, freezing, evaporation and condensation
Today, we investigated what happens to chocolate when we hold it in our hands. Then we discussed the different states of matter of water and how evaporation and condensation occurs. We recapped our work on particle theory and talked about what happens to the particles when boiling and freezing water.
