Persuasive Letters

 

Year 6 have created some persuasive letters to King George III, pleading for the abolition of slavery. Following research and knowledge gained during their Maafa project, they planned and created their letters using a variety of features: persuasive language, rhetorical questions, evidence to support their points and a formal tone throughout.
