Physical Heath and Fitness

At Spilsby Primary we teach PE to ensure all our children are aware of what constitutes a healthy lifestyle and how physical activity benefits their own wellbeing.  We provide them with a variety of sporting opportunities to develop key skills and promote a lifelong love of physical exercise and give opportunities for children to experience external competitive sporting tournaments.

Reception children enjoyed their visit from JB the dog today. They listened to a story about fireworks and then created some wonderful dance moves from the story.
