This is Dexter, our Reading Rabbit who is supporting the children in developing their reading skills following research that suggests that reading to animals can increase pupil confidence whilst also enhancing their sense of responsibility
We are a friendly and caring primary school, in the small market town of Spilsby in Lincolnshire.
We are lucky to have some wonderful grounds which include playgrounds, playing fields, our own garden and even a wooded area. Thanks to a grant from English Nature we have a variety of native trees and shrubs surrounding our perimeter. Our PTFA have kindly provided 2 adventure play areas.
We have lots to see on our website, from useful information about the school to reports and photos on some of our brilliant activities and projects. We are always looking to add new things to the site, so keep coming back to see what we have added. If there is something you think we should include, then please let us know.
