Please read your book for 30 minutes. This could be your school reading book, a book from home, an online reading book using the link on the previous page or something else you choose.

Download the Powerpoint below and have a read through about what Shrove Tuesday is. Once you have read it, answer the questions at the end to test yourself. After this, could you have a go at making a pancake with your grown up? You don't have to make one today, but could perhaps you could ask your grown up if they could get some ingredients when they next go shopping. What topping would you choose? Have a go before RE next week and don't forget to send a picture to us!

If you can't make one, have a go at drawing your pancake with the toppings you would choose because it's Shrove Tuesday soon so there's not long to wait.
