This video encourages children to think about what they are eating and to use all their senses to enjoy it. Once you have completed this video with one piece of fruit, then your child could taste a variety of fruits in the same way. Discuss the taste, texture, smell with your child, encouraging your child to talk about their likes and dislikes and focusing on why it is important to eat healthy foods.
