Key Stage 1 had a trip to Skegness yesterday as part of their topic Sand and Sails. They visited the Aquarium and Lifeboat Station. At the aquarium they saw all sorts of fish and sea creatures. They listened carefully to the information about the creatures and even got to touch a crab! They saw the jellyfish and had photos in the tank but the best part was definitely watching the diver in tank who was feeding the fish! During the day they had a really interesting visit to the RNLI Lifeboat station and the Year 1 children had a story on the beach. After such a fun day out, it's now time to continue their learning in the classroom using all the information they gathered!
There are lots more photos of the children on their class pages.
