Welcome to Year 3/4R
A warm welcome to our class page.
I can't believe that we have reached the sixth and final project for this academic year. The amazing and exciting activities that have been experienced over this year have been phenomenal. And so we lead into our last exciting project, 'Traders and Raiders'. The classroom is prepared and the children have already immersed themselves, gathering facts through research, to get the whole show on the road.
This historical project sails us back into the Dark Ages. The Romans have upped and left and the Saxons seize the opportunity to invade Britain's shores. Until the bloodthirsty Vikings arrive and a new fear sweeps across the land! So our journey of discovery is set, as we learn about the lives of both Saxon and Viking raiders and discover how this course of events have created the history of our great country today and the local town we live in.
Further information and photos for our new project can be found through the link at the bottom of this page and will be updated as the project progresses. The overview will outline the activities and learning that will take place over this coming term.
