Smoothie Recipe

Due to public demand, here is the smoothie recipe that we used in class to make our delicious, healthy drinks. We used frozen berries, but you can use any fresh fruits instead.

 

Smoothie (makes 2-3 cups)

 

Ingredients:

1 banana

2 tablespoons of yoghurt

1 large glass of juice (apple, orange, whatever you like!)

1 large handful of frozen berries OR any fresh fruit of your choice

 

Method:

1. Peel and cut the banana.

2. Put all the ingredients in a blender.

3. Blend until smooth.

4. Drink it all to be SUPER HEALTHY!
