British Science Week- Changing states of matter

Changing states of Matter

Year3 began an investigation into how objects are either a solid, liquid or a gas. The investigation required hot water, a container and cling film. Each group observed their pot and looked for changes in the matter.

The small bubbles of condensation were captured on the cling film and allowed the children to see how steam condenses back to a liquid when it touches a cold surface.

They then took photos of their investigation and manipulated the effects of the bubbles to create some Condensation Artwork.
